Hello everyone,

We are modifying a 2016 Yukon XL for wheelchair access and have removed the two front seats. As I am sure most of you know, the seats contain airbags, and various safety related sensors. The removal of the seats, and sensors with them, has disabled the airbag system (airbag light on). Obviously, the seats are not going back in on a permanent basis. Does anyone know how to bypass the components, or reprogram controller not to look for them? I know this is an odd request, but I am in hopes someone has switched seats and run into a similar problem.

Thanks!
