Hello,
I replaced the headunit and frontspeaker in my 2001 Tahoe and it works. But does anybody have a wiring diagram for the factory amp?
Is a highpass/lowpass filter in the woofer/tweeter or does the amp got an output for each? In the doors I only got one wire to the speaker and one to the tweeter and none with a crossover from the speaker to tweeter. I replaced the woofer with a coax-speaker and disconnected the factory tweeter. I can't tell if I'm missing the high frequencies.
How much power does the amp have?

Thanks.

Basically with the factory amp you have more lows and a little highs buy almost no mids. This is for my 02 maybe they are the same .
