Where to get your Build Sheet?

I'm trying to get some info on my truck, as I have to replace the driver's side mirror.
I need to find out if my truck has heated mirrors or not, the driver's side mirror shows heated glass, and the online vin-decoders show I have heated glass. However, when I check a site like GMPartsGiant it says I don't have heated mirrors. Would prefer to go with an aftermarket mirror since the OE ones are crazy expensive.
My VIN is 1GNEK13Z82R234859 in case anybody is able to get a build sheet.

GM customer care will email it to you for free. I got mine from them a few months ago and I didn’t pay anything. All I had to do was email them my trucks vin and they emailed me photos of my build sheet.
