Where can I get power and ground for 2nd row console?

When I sold my wifes town&country van, I kept the center console and quick release floor mount. I am installing it in the second row between the captains chairs, and I need a power and ground source for the power outlet in the console. I could run the wires to the 1st row console, or to the cargo area outlet to tap into power, but is there any closer source? Also, in an astro van we had, there was upfitter wiring hidden in the cargo area that I was able to use. Do our suv's have any upfitter wiring?

I don't believe there is a closer ground/power, but I'm fairly sure you could just tap the two and run them under the carpet.
