Whats needed to run this wheel setup?

I came across this video and after further research I found the wheels shown.

The wheels shown are Fuel Rampages 22x14 with a -70 offset. It appears he's running a aftermarket lower control arm but I'm not certain what other suspension he has. I love the look of the truck and would like to run a similiar setup down the road.

I'm taking a guess but maybe rough country 7.5". To clear those 22x14-35s you should get the bulletproof 6-8" kit and set it at 8"
