what is the best fuel injector cleaner?

BG 44K if you can find it

+1 on the BG 44K. I use it in my last tank of fuel before an oil change. But I don't use it often.

I just bought my 2001 Suburban this year and when I filled the tank up the gas gauge would stop working and read it was empty off and on until it was at 3/4 of a tank and then it would work as normal. I ran Techron once and it helped a bit and then I ran MM for the next 4 or 5 tanks and now I no longer have any issues with the gauge.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it's probably Marvel Mystery Oil that can be found at Advanced Auto Walmart etc
