Now that the AC is fixed, I decided yesterday to give the Tahoe a good once over in the form of a proper wash with wheel cleaning as well as interior detail. Looks pretty damn good. Leather seats could use some cleaning and refreshment still. No rips, tears, cracking etc., though.
Also noticed that the filter end of the EVAP vent valve was dangling down from the fuel tank fill tube. I replaced the whole thing a few months ago and looks like I didn't secure the top end properly with zip ties, so it sort of fell down.
Secured it again so it's all the way up. Let's see if that helps with the impossible task of filling the tank. Probably not, but oh well... Replaced pretty much everything else except the EVAP canister itself already.
Folded down all the seats to fit in this BA box from RockAuto
Whatss in da box, biotch????
Nice and glossy as usual. Put about 400 miles on her yesterday and ran like a champ.
You are set on spell-jack today, aren't you? Big dang box had a bumper in it. The freight guy said he was worried when he saw that big old box up at the head of the trailer... Until he picked it up.
Fromt or rear? If rear tell me if there are staples in the corners underneath
Love the color, looks awesome when it's clean. I had a 2002 Sport Red Denali and still kick myself for selling it.
Can i kick you too?
