Thanks Denada... it is my truck. It is black plastidip with a glossifier. It's an iphone picture in sunlight so it is kind of hard to see, but it looks black in person. I will say the grill looks darker black than the emblems do, even though its the same product, possibly due to all the ridges in the emblem, not sure. I put it on there as a test prior to getting it painted, and it turned out good enough that I am keeping it as is.

Hi, Did you remove the grill before applying plastidip or did you put something between it and the radiator to catch overspray?

sorry to revive an old thread but ive been looking around to no luck. is the consensus still that you gotta plastidip these GMC emblems, or has anyone come out with an overlay kit worth a darn?
