Looking to perhaps add navigation what companies offer upgrade kits or software upgrades? Thanks in advance...

The absolute best nav system is Google Maps on your smartphone, IMHO.

One of these days manufacturers come up with a docking station for smartphones, and do away with the near-worthless OEM NAV systems. After- market options are nearly as bad.

Agreed! My iPhon does 1000% more than the best head unit out there. Only need a dummy screen to mirror the content

Yes, I have factory NAV but use Android Auto with Google Maps. I get traffic alerts as well.

I let my Onstar trial lapse.

I'm SURE MVI will get it as an option any time now. I know they do have it as the basic mirroring version now.
