Tire Size Factory Sticker Doesn't Match Tire Size - Code CO245

When I bought my '01 Yukon the tires (265 70R17) don't match the factory sticker (265 70R16). I continue to get a C0245 code (wheel speed sensor frequency error) and ABS light and I wonder if this is related. I have verified that both front wheel sensors are functioning. I have removed the ECBM and resoldered the weak solder joints that notoriously break. Still I get this one code (and no others) and I wonder if this is simply a matter of programming the ECBM with a scan tool. I read that you can get this code if the PCM and ECBM don't match. Can someone verify?
