Here's some pics of what I did. I was able to get the brackets for free and found one side of the 3rd row seat for cheap. I only really needed one side for now but I'll be keeping an eye out for the passenger side for later on.

Yea its super easy to do. Before you buy anything i would first lift up the carpet and check. To see if you have the plugged holes. Also when buying brackets make sure your get brackets for 2003 and up. The 2001 and 2002 have different bolt sizes. I got 2003 and the bolts where bigger then what the 2001 tahoe was threaded holes where.
