Does anybody know if this is bought or body worked?

If body worked, any ideas how? I've never seen the underside of the plastics so I'm not sure if the raised sections are solid or hollow. (I hope that makes sense)

Hmm...That is interesting. Undecided on that look at the moment. I have a spare set of the rear bumper pads and will take a pic of the underneath part tomorrow if you want to see what it looks like?

Hmmm, maybe if I get my hands on some extra plastics I'll play around with it, but until then I have bigger fish to fry on the front end.
