I have a strange question about shocks. I installed some new Bilstein 4600 shocks on my 98 4x4, 2dr Tahoe. I think they ride a very stiff. I was checking my Summit order to see which shocks I had bought and discovered I bought the rear shocks for the 4dr. Does anybody think that the 2dr version of the shock is valved any different from the 4dr version? They are a different part number. And would changing to the proper shock improve ride quality?
