From what i have been reading since am actually planning this.. A dana 60 or 2003-2006 dodge 2500 front axle thats almost as the dana they say and the abs sensor plugs right in. And alot of cutting and fab. I'm looking at running coilover instead of running leaf spring

Well been looking at the axles and they for around 600-1500. Then you have coilover which is the best choice if you going to do this am looking at king there $1500 + fabrication. Am going to find out what yr ford dana are best seems 70' 80's and 90's ford truck since they came with 35 spline. You also have to make sure the diff is on the driver side which match the rear

Very easy to do... if you don't plan on any crazy rock bouncing I'd find a dana 44 or 50 driver side drop... bracket would be a couple hundred coilovers would be 1200 or less.. track bar and steering roughly $500 or less. I weld and fab so I don't pay as much as most and its my time... but decent average for a shop would be a few thousand and your done.
