Rubbish dealer and repeat engine fault codes

I've done a bit of reading about this and figure I need to purchase some plug-in sensors that will "trick" the ECM into believing O2 levels are okay.

Does anybody know where to buy these things online?

Hi,

I crawled under the car this weekend and managed to get the attached picture. This is the only thing bigger than the exhaust diameter I can find.

That looks like a catalytic converter to me. Any wires nearby?
