You could try Thule or maybe a junkyard if it's the same as previous years

$187 here. You're right - install is mindless, just a hex wrench. There are discrete locations along the roof rails for the bars; you can't put them anywhere (for better or worse).
Actually I'm not sure Thule or Yakima have a cross-bar product for these rails yet. In any case, their cross-bars tend to add more height to vehicles than OEM and these trucks don't have tons of clearance to begin with. With my ski rack on and skis loaded, I only have about an inch clearance in and out of my own garage!

Bought my oem cross rails off eBay. Install is extremely simple.

I think they actually do, because any dealer will probably throw them in to make a given deal happen.
Yakima has a setup that works but the base towers will run you way more $$ than the oem crossbars. If you want bars that are wider than between your rails they are about the only way to go though. As everyone has said install is just removing the existing plugs and screwing in the new rails, 8 bolts.
