replacing calioer bracket dust covers

noticed while doing a brake job a couple slide pins not sliding and dust cover shot any idea on how to replace they looked pressed in ?

If I remember right the rubber sleeves can be removed and replaced after you pull the pin out. They just have a lip that holds them in place.
