Removal of license plate bracket 17 burb

Can anyone help me with the best way to remove my license plate bracket on the front of my 2017 suburban. Are they rivets or something else. What's the best way. Thanks

They're usually just drilled right into the bumper. If you're just going to throw yours away I'd be interested in it.

They look like some type of rivet. Just don't want to ruin the bumper

If you remove it I believe the bumper is already "ruined". You'll have 2 or maybe even 4 holes that you will have to deal with.

Mine were rivets we had to drill out.
