Rear shock extenders

Do they make rear shock extenders? I have bilstein 5100 and want to add a rear 2" lift block you guys think i would be ok with the bilstein? Or ahould i just get another set to go with the lift block?

I have extenders on my Yukon XL, no issues since they were fully tightened. Before they were snugged down hard, I'd get a clunk when hitting an expansion joint or pothole. Sure, you could spend another $150 for two extended length Bilstein shocks..... but the extensions were under $20 shipped to my door from E-Bay.
