Rear Hatch Glass Hinge came off

The right rear glass hinge came off the first time ever opening it. Is there a special glue or adhesive to attach it back on the glass?

You could try gluing or JB weld but if it's anything like mine it will break again. I got another window from a guy parting out a Tahoe for $75.

You mean the defroster tab on the glass?

He means the lift glass itself. The hinges can break off.

Oh ok. Was just clarifying. . Never seen the hinges break.

If it was originally bonded on, I would get a 3M rear view mirrokit, specially for bonding to glass. JMHO, good luck.
