Rear door false window trim flapping in the wind?

Don't know if this happened at a car wash or what, but going down the road the other day heard a slapping sound. Once I got to looking around, I found that the black trim piece on the rear door behind the window was partially detached! I looked at the other rear door and noticed the same thing to a lesser extent where the upper forward corner could be pushed in, and is not very secure.

Was just wondering if any others on here have had this issue and the best method to remove this to get the clips to re-engage without destroying it?
