Just an FYI for anyone wanting to know, I probably missed a post about it but it would have been nice to know before I spent money on GM's stuff.

In the rear cargo area there are 2 tie downs on the sides, the loops down low near the floor. Above those is a recessed hole with a small dimple/guide hole if yours didn't come with factory options for a cargo net or anything. Anyway, behind that dimple are threaded nuts that are welded to the body for securing the upper tie down loop. If you wanted to make your own instead of buying GM's I thought I'd let others know there are threads there to connect to.

A 5/16 hole where the dimple is, through the plastic will reveal the threaded connections.
