Problem or no problem. Help needed.

13 Yukon Denali Hybrid. with stock 22s. I'm guessing that when purchased brand new, this truck rode smooth and creamy over bumps and road imperfections. Fast forward to today, and when I go over bumps in the road , I feel like I'm in a rodeo on a wild bull. Loud thumps when riding over raised concrete doing regular speeds. 30-40mph. I literally raise up out of my seat at times. This can't be normal. What is going on, can somebody please tell me. I have an extended full warranty, but dealers are very reluctant to help unless your towed in sometimes. What's going on?

22's have low profile tires so it cant give the smoothest ride but your issues may be more related to bad shocks.
