Phone mount

I want to put my phone mount over the Drivers side left vent because it provides cooling for the phone and the gear lever doesn't allow me to mount it on the right. I'll need to charge my phone, of course, but I don't know what the best way to route the cable is from the center console to the left side. I don't need it to be hidden coming out from the console cover because there's a hole for wires to come out from, it's more routing it to the top left without ugly wires and tapes hanging out in the footwell. http://www.proclipusa.com check them out.. I just ordered from them, fits great and doesn't move. I thought the same thing, but ended up going with the mount over the vent to the right of the display. Works a lot better with charging as well since now theres not wires having to be run or hanging all over.
