ok, what the heck are these?

2012 Yukon xl denali
left & right side rear bumper cover has these "bags" one on each side
I can only assume these are some kind of impact or airbag sensor but cant find any information on them
I am asking because I was lightly rear ended the other night and I am going to be replacing the cover, I watched a video of how the cover is removed from a 2007 but it didn't have these bags.

Do you have blind spot monitoring? That's about the only thing I can think it may be.

My 13 lt tahoe doesn’t have them, I had my bumper cover off this summer cleaning behind it...

yes I was just informed that's what these are blind spot detection sensors, thanks

Cool. Any airbag wiring connections should be yellow or marked with something yellow.
