I have a 2000 NBS suburban 4x4 that's at stock height with 17x9s and 285/70/17 which I think is a 33" tall tire but not quite as wide. 33x12.5-17 will look good on your truck. Good luck

I am running 35's on a 6" RCX lift- and they still scrub. The general consensus is 33's for the lift you are getting- and you may still scrub a little up front. the 12.5 wide is what gets you.

I have 33s on 17s 0 offset with that lift plus a 1.5 body lift. The tires barely stick out of the fenders so a -12 offset should stick out 12 more mm's. It barely rubbed without the body lift, just had to cut a little of the liner out and round the corners of the lower valence.

305x55/R20, -12offset (33.21 inches)

No lift, cranked the torsion bars about 1/2-3/4", and used a sheet medal blade and BFH to trim the rear of the front wheel weels/front of the running boards, and a slight trim to the plastic on the inside of the front bumper.

I did the 2.5" up front and 1.5" spacer in back. Wheels I put on were 17x9 addicts, not sure bout the offset. 33" tire. I know that if you get 12.5" wheels theyre gonna stick out a whole lot, not sure if that's what you're looking for or not. Going from a stock wheel to a 17x9 for me, it stuck the tires out maybe half an inch to an inch from the wheel well. It looks pretty good to me, but imo the 12.5" on my rig would look stupid. All my opinion :) Oh, and my car actually sits higher in person than the pictures show. And I could not run a larger tire on my setup, the BFG's rub when the steering is all the way locked one direction or another.

What's your overall height to the top of the roof rack, not including the cross bars? Also what's your fender heights?
