Using headphones or not using headphones and using the truck speakers? I sometimes have an issue where the sound won't come out over the speakers. I just switch the system back to the radio and then bring up the video again and it works. Remember to get the audio over the speakers in the truck you need to switch to it by going to the home screen and then selecting video instead of switching to it via the media button.

I am actually using a little speaker in the ear phone jack. My 2 year old hates headphones.
