2010 Yukon Denali just took front Bose speakers out to fix dash rattle. All speakers currently work but on the touch display there are 4 options "normal, surround, rear, and driver" the surround feature is now unavailable to select. It also seems like the sound quality is a lot lower as well but maybe it's in my head. The surround feature sounds so good I really want to get it back. Possibly the amplifier went out?
I checked the amp and audio fuses under hood and both were fine.
Could not find anything remotely similar on any thread if someone could help.
Thanks

If you're trying the surround button on standard am/fm it won't work. The surround system only works with external devices or dvd's.
