Need Advise, Low Oil Pressure and Lifter Noise

I would NEVER go 8-10k on an oil change.

I go 4,000 max on my Mobil 1 in both my 04 Silverado and my 13 Tahoe. I try to keep them at 3,000-3,500

Sorry guys I dont know how to make a post so I'll ask my question here... so I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and I was wondering if I can change the oil pump without having to drop the oil pan... can I just remove the timing cover??

You will need to loosen and lower the pan but it doesnt have to be removed.
