I have black leather interior. one of my 3rd row headrests is busted and I want to replace.

Any recommendations on a quality aftermarket supplier?

Did you check Ebay? Looks like oem GM for about ninety dollars. See if you can find the part number on yours so you can confirm. Good luck.
