NAVI issue

Hi folks, new to the Denali game but not GM. I’ve recently purchase a used 2015 GMC Denali and the Nav System isn’t working correctly... any pointers?

Sorry man, no tips for help but how did you get that little yukon on the screen? I️ only have the arrow.

Thanks for the info except it doesn’t apply to my situation. My screen works fine just the navigation won’t show the streets.

As far as the vehicle on the screen... beats me it’s been like that since I️ got it.

Anyone else?

maybe go into the settings and try to factory reset everything, if not then maybe ask your local dealer if they can reflash the firmware and if that fails then either buy a used one or scrap it and put in a aftermarket

Just an update the dealer had to do a global reset in the navigation system.

Update: GPS antenna had corrosion in it showing an open circuit. They replaced it and its good to go.
