I'm guessing: Static slammed the shit out of it using pretty much every available method and part, used tiny sidewall tires to give the rolling and turning stuff as much clearance as possible, modified the firewall (apparently minimally) for the last bit of clearance, notched the bejeezus out of the rear frame rails and made custom extra-long shock extenders for travel.
