Hi All - I'm looking into doing a black mesh grille. I've already got a black billet bowtie, and I will likely wrap the remaining chrome on the grille with a gloss black wrap (my tahoe is black). This is the best example of what I'm looking for that I've found:

The problem is, I contacted the seller, and they said the "T-Rex" emblem is not removable without damaging the grille.
So, my question(s) is(are) this: has anyone purchased one of these grilles and removed the emblem? Is it possible? Is there a better example / brand that I haven't seen?
Finally, if anyone has pics of what I'm trying to do, I'd love to see it!
