Went with the Maxliner floor liners for my new to me 16 Denali. Had weathertechs in my 13 Avalanche and loved them but didn't like the $600+ cad price tag for 3 rows and a cargo mat. Figured I'd give the Maxliners a shot through Amazon Prime and if I didn't like them I could ship em back super easy. Got the whole package for $400 cad shipped and put them in this morning after I gave the whole rig a shampoo yesterday. It's pretty cool here in Alberta yet so they were still a little stiff but once they warm up they will fit great. I am pleasantly surprised and have just as good of coverage as the weathertechs.

Looks good. Are they hard/slippery plastic? Hard to tell from pics.

The one in the 'way back'...can you put 3rd row seats up with it somehow? Thanks

They are less slippery than the weathertechs. And a bit more pliable, but stiff firm enough to not lose their shape when you pull them out. As far as the cargo or way back one needs to come out for the third row to go up. But it'll be down most the time for me, so I went with. So far, I'm quite pleased with them

How have they held up? I'm looking to buy a set soon for my 16 Yukon but am torn between weather beater and maxliners, I'm pretty sure the weather beaters have little spikes to help em grip better and I like that, the maxes can be had for about 25$ cheaper though, thanks

I wish you got an answer to your question, Ksnell, because I have the same question! I just got a '16 Yukon and I am planning on getting the Maxliners. I have WeatherTech on my '14 Wrangler 4dr, and the ones in the front have lost all of their wall structure so when you get in you have to actively step over and around the falling sides. I'll try to post a pic of them (...said the last 1,236 forum posters who never did such a thing). My point is, though, that I'm going to try something different this time. I didn't know about the grippers on the bottom of the Weatherbeaters so I'll give them a look. The Maxliners look real good to me and for the money that was my decision...until I saw your post. Damn.

I went ahead and bought the max liners and made my own decision they are as good or better than the weather techs we had in the 2012 and I have in my mega cab ram 2011. Look industrial and the overlaps in the 2nd-3rd can move a little bit from kids but overall super happy with them. And they were the cheapest
Hope this helps

Looking good! That's really good of you to post photos. Now you've challenged me, haha. How's your '16 running with the tranny? I've heard all the requisite moaning and I feel really bad for GMC owners with bad 8L90 transmissions. I pick up my '16 next week and I'm a bit apprehensive, even though I talked to the dealership where the vehicle was maintained and aside from a recall unrelated to the transmission, all seems to be normal with the Yukon I bought. It only has 14k mi, and the service tech I spoke to said it would have already manifested transmission issues this far into its life. Crossing fingers. I have to drive it 900 mi back home. Flying out to pick it up. Cheaper than moving it... Apparently car movers don't like to move these big vehicles so they charge a premium. Liability and what not. Anyway, happy motoring. I'm really excited to get into my new vehicle.

I'll add to my signature when I get mats, which should be soon as I usually make that the first purchase for a new car. I think I actually am going to put carpet mats back on top of the Maxliners. I'll be using this vehicle for dates with the wife and road trips only. I'll be saving daily driver duties for the Wrangler.

About those WeatherTech mats I have, here are a few pics for the forum.
They are 49 months old, but they have exhibited this twisted form since over
two years ago, easily. I have never bothered to change them but I will soon.
I can't imagine other WTs can resist doing the same.

7EC2BCB6-4839-4F63-BCA8-404D247AC4FB.jpegSo far the 16 4wd rides better and shifts way smoother than my 12 2wd Tahoe. Bout it almost two months ago with 28k on it almost have 31k now. I drove about 12 hours and 800 miles there and back to make the trade. Original sticker in the box was 69300 and car was two years built in February for 45700 I feel like I got a decent deal they knocked 700 off there car and gave me 16500 for mine pretty hassle free. So far added hids and led fog and reverse and liscense plate lights and the 2018 wireless charge module to work with my iPhone X. Still want to do video unlock leveling kit and 18 Denali grill and black out the two GMC

That's a real pretty vehicle, man! So was the 2012. Congrats to us both. I just drove 961 miles and all went smoothly. Love my new vehicle.
