what are y'all doing for rubbing in the front?

Getting 295/30/24's... :D

You can heat some of the plastic and move it out of the way, there's also a thread here for pushing some metal back in the rear of the front, but your lowered a lot to run a 305 and NOT rub.

I have major rubbing issues with the 305 with only a spindle drop.

I cut and modified my side steps (power folding) fixed most of it.

I plan to heat up the plastic in the front to move it out of the way.

The passenger side front rubs badly on the rear side of the well. I plan to BFH that.

I have a '13 denali 2wd on the same replicas with 2/3 drop (autoride intact) with 305/35s we chopped out some of the inner fender but it still rubs on a metal tab on the fender, if i drop down to a 295/35 or even a 285/35, will it clear with no modification? id like to replace the inner fenders at some point to keep dirt and crud out of her guts.

take a foot long 2x4 and put it between the tire and the back of the inner wheel well and turn the wheel to suck the 2x4 in. It will mold and shape the metal behind there and take away a lot the rubbing. Did this on my brothers 2012 silverado when he was 4/6 on 305/35/24s and it helped a lot. Didn't completely cure it but really minimized it

Not if you do it right. I’ve done it on mine and his and worked just fine. A few others have done it as well
