Could use your expertise on my 94 Chevy Silverado. It's black with red interior. I just picked up these rims for it. They are GM rims for a 2007-13 Ltz tahoe and are polished aluminum. They measure 20x8.5. I'm replacing my stock 16s for these and would love to know how big a tire I can put on without rubbing or getting a lift. I'm confused at the moment. Here's the polished aluminum new rim. Looking for the biggest possible tire size without rubbing. I'll post my truck once I get them on thanks! Screenshot_20180225-160713.png

You can fit a 285/75r16 and 285/70r17 with little (or no) rubbing depending on tire brand. You can use an online tire size calculator to see how common 20” tires compare dimension-wise.

I would bet that the truck pictured above has an inch or so torsion bar crank, but that’s pretty common.

In case anyone is curious or for future reference, I ended up going 295 55r20 and they fit, no rubbing at all and no lift on my 94 two door blazer. Close but no rub. Went with nitto trail grappler and 2013 Ltz polished aluminum chevy rims.
