It was a mount from my C5 and C6 Corvettes. I had to bend it a little, but works great. Its way cheaper than the blendmount. Here's a link to the C7 one. I would imagine it would be pretty close. IMG_9596.JPG New one on my 2016 chevy work van, i imagine the other gm vehicles are the same, looks easy enuff to remove....leave it off for a few days

I hate this as well. Anyone know if it can be disabled by pulling a fuse? Right now I turn it off everytime I start the truck. But that also turns off the DRL LEDs and I would like to keep them on.
