Leather wrapped shift lever Question

Is there a leather wrapped shifter for NNBS WITHOUT +/-, but WITH TOW/HAUL? I searched and only find them with both +/- and TOW/HAUL.

All will have the +/- because it was on the Escalade which has the 6sp.
