Thanks guys for all the information/tips. That's the inside information that really helps for these projects. Mine is a 2015 so I may end up having warranty left, so I'll be trying to take advantage of that first but I hadn't thought about the e-brake adjustment. I'll check it out for sure.

Follow up....rear axle seal and bearing were covered under warranty (bearing wasn't needed). The parking brake was also replaced under warranty because of the fluid that had covered everything.
