L76 engine?

Does anyone know if the GM casting 243 or 799 heads will work on the L76 6.0 engine? I have a set that are milled .030 and CNC ported and I'm looking to upgrade to a 6.0 L from a 5.3L

The answer seems complicated and seems to depend on the origin of the motor, whether it was in a truck or car. Being milled may further complicate piston to valve clearance issues..https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iv-internal-engine/1190130-l76-engine.html
