Most of you know that I bought my wife a Jeep for her bday present a couple months ago in September. I never thought she wanted a fully resto. Which was great for me, because I love to customize. So I will be doing a full resto teardown to the frame and a full build up. IT WILL DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!

Pre- Build write up:
First off it will be Chevy powered!
SBC 350 w 700r4 Trans
Short tube headears
6'' Spring over lift with a 1" body
Dana 44 Front Axle out of a 76' Wagoneer
Dana 44 Rear axle out of a 74' Scout II
35'' MT AT's
Full L.E.D and HID
New Paint and Some Kick ass accents.....

MORE to come as the Build goes on. I started today and I took a week off just for the teardown. I will work on it everyday when I am not in the semi.
My target date for completion is Jan 2016........

ENJOY!!!!:signs1:

Now you would think this would be a 30 min job. Oh no,no,no,no. Every bolt was a different size and every nut underneath was seized or so rusted that it just snapped off. I used the lift about 20 times on this part. Up and down,up and down and so on.....

Are you keeping those tails on it or doing the common "jeep style" tails?

Now the console will not get re installed. The 700R4 trans is longer than the manual one that is in there now. So the B&M shifter will be where the console once was...

I will do the same style ovals because you never see them like that. They will be all clear LED with reverse being a Hyper white. Wife did not like the traditional squares and I am too lazy to do all the fiberglass work. Now....it might change as the "MAD SCIENTIST'' is working on his creation.
