I just lowered by buddys 04 denalli and kept the air ride. I love the soft feel of his and hate the firm ride of mine. I currently have spindles and keys for 3" and mcg coils for 5". Im not looking for new coils or to add any parts other than shocks. I have nitro 2 now with ext and they are good just firm. My wife drives the truck as much as I do and would like a softer ride. WHats out there and where. I also have helpers at about 7 psi

Not sure, but let us know what you find out. I am interested in keeping my air ride while going another 2/3 lower than my current 2/3 so a suggestion for shocks would definitely be welcome.

You were still able to use the links w/ a 6" drop in the back? That's great news. I haven't taken mine apart to measure yet but it is good to know that is possible.

Did you do the free travel mod or are you riding on the rear bump stops?

first of all in front spindles and keys are you riding on bumpstops?

in rear are you running the hardware kit with relocators?
what rear springs and shocks?
cut rear brackets off the frame?

the mcg rear springs ride stiff no matter what shock you go with.

1. relos yes hardware no (direct me to it) whats it do
2. Mcg 2003 and nitro2s (had 5305s and no change)
3. no brackets on frame
4. I basically have no bumpstop left in front. It was trimmed to 1/4" past the cup

later on down the road when you have some funds hit me up the tb springs ride better.

your at a 5 inch drop in rear check out your swaybar angle its prob sticking down at 60 degrees the rear hardware kit fixes that and also the rear kit will push the rear axle back to center it and fix pinon angle.

What tire size are you running on the rear? what does it measure from ground to fenderlip?
