05 Suburban LT with dual, digital HVAC controls. For a while I've had the same issues as many, anytime I disconnected the battery I needed to recalibrate the blend door actuators and then everything is good.
This time, both sides are stuck on heat and resetting/recalibration didnt fix it, so i bought new actuators. I replaced both left and right temp actuators and the recirculation actuator because I didn't want to tear the dash apart twice. Still have the exact same problem, both sides stuck on heat, everything else works.
Anyone else have a problem like this? Is it the digital control unit? Maybe the BCM?
