I have a 2011 LTZ Tahoe, with an alarm/anti-theft system from the Chevy dealer - which I'm assuming is a factory thing. The past year or so, the thing goes off daily, and it's driving me absolutely insane. After researching on Google, it doesn't appear to have a shock sensor, so my guess is that one of the door sensors are faulty and indicating to the alarm that the door/hatch has been opened when it has not.
Is there a way to determine which sensor sets off the alarm? I've never seen the "door open" indicator or anything while driving, so I'm not sure where to start.
Please help, I'm ready to set the thing on fire.
