help me quiet down my exhaust

So i bought my 01 Denali with an aftermarket dual exhaust. The previous owner only had the truck for a few months and didn't know anything about the exhaust.

I dont know much about mufflers but what i do know is:
its a dual in/ dual out
i believe its a flow-master but couldn't find anything on the muffler.

I like the growl in the city but on the highway at 80mph i am annoyed by the exhaust sound.

easiest way to quiet is to replace the muffler, but it has to be a dual in/out muffler. Can anyone make a suggestion on a good, cost effective replacement? and if you have an idea of what the current muffler is?

Have the a muffler shop add some j hooks after the muffler that will remove most of the drone you hear in the cab.

i am not sure that what i hear is a drone.. it sounds more like a loud exhaust due to the 40 series muffler.
while interesting, I am not clear what at the above link can help me resolve this issue. i dont plan on going back to a single exhaust.
