Guide lines on the reverse back up camera are crooked (right)

That is bizarre. Try to switch the guidelines off in the settings. Then back on and see what happens. In other cameras that I have experience with or installed, those lines are not a part of the camera but are a part of the monitor/display system. Maybe you need a software update??? You could do a factory reset too.

I turned the setting off for a week to see if it would fix itself but it did not. Am I able to do the factory reset myself or do I need to take in to the dealer to have it done?

I wonder if the steering wheel sensor either quit or got disconnected?


If you look at the pic, it's not that they are curving but, literally, not centered. (I thought it was steering too).



OP- you can do a factory reset from your settings menu.
