Gotta replace my steering linkage it's bad now

Can I do this job without air tools? Also I have a tie rod end puller the opening height is 2" and the opening width is 1 1/2- 1 3/8". Will this puller work for everything? tie rod ends, pitman arm and idler arm?

Generally, pitman arms need a larger puller.
