Glare caps or nah!?

I need to get some new headlights for my truck, my adjuster broke on my passenger side so I need to get new ones, but I see so many different kinds. I'm running Opt7 fluxbeam X bulbs and they are really bright so I'm wondering if I should be going with something that has glare caps or no... any suggestions or advice??!

What exactly are glare caps? Got a pic of that?
