I have really come to love my PPV with one exception. I dislike the spotlight on the A pillar. I want to remove it but I really don't want to have the notch in the door.

Any suggestions on how to fill the notch other than have a body shop repair it?

Yea I agree with mr Tahoe, See if a body shop can do it cheap, or replace the door, you probably wont find anything aftermarket that covers it up. I personally think the spotlight gives it that cop car appeal. just my 2 cents

I cut my spot light shaft and the pulled it straight out. I covered the hole with black Gorilla tape and then put the grommet back over it. It looks pretty minimal. No welding, lol. If your Tahoe is black then it's pretty easy to get away doing it this way. Otherwise you might want to have a body shop take care of it. I still have the drivers A pillar gasket there. I just need to buy a new pillar cover.

Useful for the body but in the item description it says not for use on doors unfortunately
