I've had hid headlights for about 8 months now and a couple days ago the driver side started turning off and I would click them off and on, then it would come on again now it completely stoped coming on at all and I looked at it the bulb it's not busted so I checked the fuses and it keeps blow in the fuse for it everytime I put a new fuse in it just blows it instantly. So I was wondering what others think it may be?

Ballast is bad or a short in a wire. Swap the ballast with the passenger side and see if the problem moves over there. If not, you're gonna have to check to see if you have a chaffed wire somewhere.
